following occur, without refund: harassment of crew, any violence, failing to
adhere to crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit activity, intentionally throwing
any garbage overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or
refunded, at our discretion
